Entrepreneurs in nearly 50 industries rely on CSI experience and expertise in strategic planning, leadership, succession, and capacity building to prepare for the future. We partner with our clients to articulate their vision, identify goals, and achieve new levels of success.


    • Support client discovery activities by gathering data through personal interviews, focus groups, primary and secondary research, web-based surveys, reviewing financial reports, and organizational charts.
    • Conduct analysis of data to uncover industry, company, and customer trends.
    • Create and/or utilize excel models for financial projections, scenario planning, analysis, and benchmarking. Create exhibits and charts from model data.
    • Create presentations and exhibits for use in client planning sessions, including graphs, multi-media, video, etc.
    • Work as part of a team in planning engagements, with direct accountability for analytical components of projects including extensive modeling, projecting, and preparation of baseline exhibits.
    • Contribute to firm productivity as an integral part of for-profit and non-profit client engagements.
    • Help foster productive, on-going relationships with key decision-makers and senior leaders at client organizations.
    • Continue to develop expertise and knowledge in the consulting industry. Stay informed of market developments and trends.


    • Bachelor’s degree from a top university is required.
    • At least two years experience in a highly analytical position, ideally including financial analysis and/or market research.
    • Relentless attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated history of achievement including evidence of quantitative and qualitative analytical capability, pattern recognition, critical thinking skills, and personal organization.
    • Fluency with statistical analysis is a plus.
    • Intelligent, mature self-starter who is team-oriented.
    • Extremely strong written and oral communication skills. Expert proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Confident and professional demeanor balanced by evidence of empathy.
    • Initiative with the ability to earn trust quickly.
