Due to BMC’s recent and anticipated growth, we are now seeking a talented Senior Director Human Resources to join our Executive Management Team. Our plans now call for a full-time strategic HR leader who will enjoy the challenges tied to our ongoing acquisition strategy. This newly-defined HR leadership role will be called upon to create talent acquisition, performance management and employee development systems that build upon our existing HR practices and enable BMC to achieve its aggressive growth objectives.
