    CSI is now seeking a “can-do” and enthuasiastic Executive Assistant to support our president, strategy associates and executive search practice. The ideal candidate offers exceptional client-facing and customer service skills along with a positive professional demeanor and a detail-oriented work product approach. We are seeking someone who loves project support and assignment variety and can flex as necessary while multi-tasking in a fast-paced consulting firm setting.

     

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the firm’s president, this position will provide:

     

    • General Administrative | Manage daily workflow, prioritize the urgency of requests, and respond and execute to complete tasks. Appointment Setting - Schedule and coordinate appointments for consultants. Ensure conference rooms and equipment are reserved and arrange meals and travel. Project Support - Provide administrative and analytical support for the consultants’ projects by producing, editing, and proofreading documents, spreadsheets and surveys. Organization – Maintain and manage consultant files – both physical and electronic, undertake routine correspondence and responses, and generate invitations and mailings.
    • Executive Search & Recruiting Support | Support CSI’s executive search practice by tracking candidates through the selection process, scheduling interviews, handling candidate correspondence and logging information in CSI’s databases. May also assist consultants with job board postings and related social media.
    • Customer Service | Deliver superior customer service in interactions with clients, prospective clients, vendors, consultants, and other contacts. Communicate effectively with the consultants, clients and other contacts. Field and direct phone calls. Screen for solicitation calls. Make outbound calls as part of accomplishing tasks.
    • Office Upkeep | Maintain an inviting office environment, including inventory of supplies, equipment, phone and other systems as necessary. Partner closely with other administrative team members to keep the office looking professional at all times.
    • Confidentiality & Anticipation | Exercise confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive issues. Represent CSI in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Proactively assess, analyze and address key constituent (including consultant, client, prospect and co-worker) needs.  Be pro-active in determining the appropriate action in both routine and non-routine situations.  Apply common sense continuously.   

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated ability to organize, coordinate and manage a wide variety of multiple projects for several managers simultaneously. Must work at a fast pace while retaining the accuracy and quality of deliverables.  Must be comfortable with nothing less than “A” quality solutions, yet able to stop at 90% if that is enough.
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills are required. Must have impeccable English grammar and spelling skills.
    • Exceptional computer skills and capabilities including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Able to rapidly acquire a thorough knowledge of the firm’s key clients, operating practices and procedures.
    • Exceptional customer service skills and a stellar phone presence are mandatory.
    • Must be honest and trustworthy with high ethical standards.
    • Must be a bright, confident self-starter with strong attention to detail, yet in command of the big picture. Must be self-assured with the ability to admit to and learn from mistakes.
    • Must be professional, courteous, tactful and accommodating.

     

     

    Compensation / Location / Hours:

     

    Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and benefits package including health, dental, 401K, disability. Position based in CSI’s home office in West St. Louis County near 270/Manchester. Full-time support desired; however, applicants seeking 4 days/week may also be considered.
