Senior Director, Consumer Marketing & eCommerce
D2C subsidiary seeks innovative & entrepreneurial eCommerce leader!
Our client, a privately-held company in the St. Louis area with a major direct-to-consumer subsidiary in the Midwest, has announced an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Director – Consumer Marketing & eCommerce for its specialty retail operation.
In alignment with strategic goals, the Senior Director of Consumer Marketing & eCommerce will be responsible for the creation, development, and implementation of the digital properties, tools, and strategies necessary to fuel growth within its D2C branded subsidiary. Our new leader will foster collaboration across the subsidiary and manage relationships with strategic partners to deliver a robust, profitable, and best-in-class customer experience.
The Senior Director will develop a high-growth eCommerce and branding strategy for our D2C entity. Our Senior Director will also identify and implement a growth plan tied to our subsidiary’s P&L that is aligned with corporate divisional goals. While partnering closely with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams, this newly-created leadership role will be tasked with increasing overall revenue, strengthening brand recognition, and garnering greater customer loyalty.

This position will be based in our corporate office in St. Louis, Missouri. Frequent travel to and from our subsidiary in the Midwest will be necessary. Eventual relocation to the Metro-St. Louis area is required for this role, and, relocation assistance will be provided.
